Playaways are now available for check out from the library. They are a great option for patrons who enjoy listening to audio books. 

Audio books in the Playaway format have been added to the Juvenile, Teen, & Adult Fiction and Non-fiction Audio Book collections.

Personal earbud sets may be purchased for a nominal price.
 
FOR YOU CONVENIENCE, THESE PLAYAWAY ACCESSORIES MAY BE CHECKED OUT WITH YOUR LIBRARY CARD:

• AUDIO CABLES -- For connecting the Playawy to car stereos, home entertainment systems, boomboxes, etc.
• CASSETTE ADAPTERS -- These car cassette adpaters are ideal for playing your portable audio devices via your car stereo.
• FM TRANSMITTERS -- Listen to Playaway on the radio.  Just plug it into the head phone jack, pick a frequency on the transmitter, and tune in the same station on your radio.
