Hey teens! Do you love reading, sharing and/or writing poetry? If so, join us at the library on Monday, December 10th from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. for the Teen Poetry Blowout. This program will be taught by Philip Martin, a graduate student from SIU’s English Department. Teens will be introduced to new poems and poets; encouraged to share their own poetry; and gain solid writing skills in fun and interesting ways. Participants must be at least 12 years of age to attend. There is no sign up or registration. Refreshments will be served.
